Founded by Amie Scruton, the practice brings clear thinking, sound judgement, and a steady hand to challenges of structure, performance, and growth.
Amie’s experience has been shaped entirely within family-owned and founder-led organisations, each one larger and more complex than the last.
Across the cultural, technology, retail, professional services, and construction sectors, she has seen the same core dilemmas surface; great people constrained by unclear systems, competing priorities, and decision fatigue.
With a career grounded in finance, governance, and operational transformation, Amie blends technical expertise with pragmatic execution and a values-driven approach. Her work is defined by both strategic perspective and an ability to turn plans into measurable outcomes.
A Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and Divisional Councillor for CPA Australia’s Tasmanian division, Amie also serves in Treasury and governance roles on Not-For-Profit boards. These experiences reflect her commitment to professional excellence and community wellbeing – qualities that underpin every client engagement.
